We are providing routine veterinary care
Clients can enter the clinic (by prior arrangement only) for appointments with a veterinarian. You will be emailed directions for the correct procedure when booking your appointment.
All technician appointments still require parking lot pick up (details below)
All food and medication is still by parking lot pick up
All clients must call from the parking lot and a staff member will advise you how to proceed
Staff will direct you as to how to safely hand over your pet
We will place a new leash on your dog - please do not remove your leash until we have securely leashed your pet
Please place cat carriers on the ground and return to your car
Clients need to have a cell phone when we are examining your pet, please confirm we have the correct number
Clients MUST wait in the parking lot during their appointment time - please do not drive over to Timmy's for a coffee - seriously, please don't do that :)
A doctor will call you to discuss your concerns, and treatment plan
Payment is taken over the phone with Visa, MasterCard or Amex -no cash
Staff will return your pet and place the carrier on the ground, or direct you as to how to safely re leash your pet
Please do not take our loop leashes home - we need them to safely bring dogs in and out of the clinic
Product pick up - please call from your car, we will bring your product out and place in the pick up bin
Do not email or phone regarding non-urgent medical issues, if your concern requires a Dr's attention, please use the online consultation link below to send your message and upload pictures
Do not come to the clinic at all if:
You are experiencing coughing, fever or are unwell
In the last 14 days you have been in an airport, traveled outside of Canada or been in contact with anyone who has
We are not accepting any returns at this time
We will not accept returns in the future for any product purchased during this time

Ticks really tick us off. Any time the temperature is 4 degrees, the ticks are out and looking for a meal. We advise a multi-modal approach for tick protection.

No tick product is 100% effective, but they do significantly reduce the number of ticks that can bite and stay alive long enough to transmit disease.
Blue Springs Animal Rehabilitation Center
Blue Springs Animal Rehabilitation Center is now open. The rehabilitation center is a referral based, patient focused practice. Blue Springs also offers recreational swims, puppy play-time and group play time. Dog boarding is also available. Call 519-929-9222 for more information.
